I've been to this location twice. The 2nd, most recent, was the day before my AppleCare was to run out. They told me about the 45-minute wait time then called me 10 minutes later. I sat down with a genius and started listing the problems with my phone. With NO runaround, she had a brand new one waiting for me, I downloaded everything to the cloud, set the phone up and away I went. I assume this one will be like the last...see you guys in 2 years!
Poor customer service from the manager, Jim, of all people. After waiting for more than a hour, I was talked down to and blatantly lied to. Jim was rude and disrespectful. It's surprising he holds a managers position. I had to replace my replacement I-phone 6 because it was acting up. I asked to get a new I-phone because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my first iPhone and I didn't was the trouble. They didn't even try to figure out what was wrong with my phone. Very disappointed with the interactions of my appointment.
When it was my time for service, I was exhausted, addled, and my kids were so tired of all of it. Then came DJ. He was friendly, kind, funny, and most importantly knowledgeable. He made our experience smooth, pleasant and fast. In no time, I was able to walk out with my problem solved and less stressed. Without such a positive employee experience, my rating would have been lower due to the wait time.
Now, the wait was long. It was incredibly busy, but....the staff were honest about the wait and provided scheduled appointments to receive service.
While visiting the area with my 3 kids, my phone decided to instantly become a brick. I headed to the nearest Apple Store for help.
Sorry Apple, you're not going to get great reviews in this neighborhood. It's just the way it is.
My advice to the Apple Store. Talk to DJ. Maybe he has some friends who need a job, because more employees are definitely needed.
Brandon was awesome. iPhone had a software problem and wouldn’t restore he ran a couple tests and then got me a new iPhone since mine was still under warranty. Was worried since we didn’t set up an appointment but it only took ten minutes of waiting if that. Pleasently surprised. Thanks!
Took phone to replacement a rear camera's today, they replace without cost any money, after they fixed it, bring back my phone I walked out the door. But seems something wrong with the phone. Bring back to the shop the screen not seal and the part bend. Trying to talked to the manager Jimmy, he said my phone has a physical damaged, there is no warranty on my phone. But how's come they replace a rear's camera for me without paying any money. Plus you guys can see the pictures below my phone never been drop or opened it. They messed up my phone already and they don't wanna take their fault and put the blames on me. I don't get it?. How's come an Apple's company has a manager doesn't responsible their fault and his employees fault. Please fire this Manager if you want more customers.
