Very affordable ticket prices than any other movie theater in the Saint Louis area. Very Kid friendly environment before 6pm. I take my child there all the time to watch children movies. He loves it!
The people are very nice! Wishing there arms folded up....seats were super comfortable tho
I would rather give them 0 star if possible. I don`t know what is the dominating factor but afak the audience are in general, rude. You can hear them texting, laughing, complaining and even spoiling. That sucks and the ushers wouldn`t do anything. Could they just get those trash out of the theatre?
Rude customers everywhere and the ushers tried with the least effort to take care of them, probably because there were so many noise maker and they could only shush except making an example by removing those jerks. Possibly all rude fellows in STL is around this place, I guess.
Let me start off by saying im leaving 4 reviews ONLY because Nathan Smith is AWESOME! I love the way he immediately addressed my issue and apologized. I really appreciate you Nathan because my 3 year old said his feelings were hurt. Now lets get to Andrew omg VERY,VERY,VERY RUDE. First off when we walked up to the counter no hello how are you nothing which is fine when your not in a customer service position...... My son(3 year old) asked can he say what movie we were going to see...of course i said yes so he say s we are going to see (the movie) Andrew smirks and looks at my son with a weird face and says " NOW, how can i help you....I was like wow ok than he say 2 adults and 2 children.... I said did the rules change and i have to pay for him...he says how old is he i respond 3 he says " you lying but ok, I said excuse me he says theres no way this little black kid is talking that much and he's 3...I almost took it to another level but i just paid and kept walking and thats when i ran into Nathan.....Overall the movie was great and the theatre was clean and Management is awesome.
And by the way, just like other comments mentioned, the sanitary condition is like heck sometimes.
