The guys at Big Bend Auto have taken excellent care of our cars for many years. I really appreciate that they explain in plain terms what is needed and why. That I can bring the cars in for a general inspection and that they keep me safe on the road. I may not know much about cars but I do know something about good customer service and these guys are the real deal.

How many years have I used Big Bend Auto? Well, Will didn't have gray hair when I began. Seriously, these guys are the best. This week we took the Focus there to face what for us was a major repair. Tom listened carefully when I called for the appointment. He greeted me cheerfully when I dropped off the car. He called me later that morning with an estimate of cost & time. He called again the next day saying they had found complications & told me the additional cost. The next Tom called to say work was completed and the car was ready to go -- one day early with the cost right on estimate. These guys are the best.
