What horrible service. Everyone that works here is unexperienced and don't know what they're doing... I bought a pair of pants from here to wear to a wedding, as I get ready to put them on I realized they left the security tag on them. I had to drive all the way back to the mall to have them take it off and was almost 2 hrs late for the wedding. A week later - Monday, I bought a shirt to wear for my birthday, get home to hang it in the closet and find the tag on it. This time it's a different cashier. I went back yesterday to get it took off and found out who left the security tag was a manager. She was acting like it was my fault, as if I was the one who was supposed to clip off the tag when I bought the damn shirt. I told her about what happened a week ago, all she kept saying was "I'm sorry"... She could have at least discounted the shirt. I wasted a full tank of gas driving to Express this week. Thank you Express for wasting my time and money. I will never come back.
Not one sales clerk attempted to help us while we looking around, but the store is clean and clothes are nicely separated by aize.
The customer service is very bad, they don't know how treat customers, they will not match their online offers in the store. I will never buy anything from that store. Not recommend to anyone.
