Good prices and friendly srvice
Dark skinned dude with glasses needs to be trained again on customer service or keep him in the back on unpacking detail. It is pathetic if u can't answer with a straight face or at least pretend u like your job! Negative stars for u dude.
Was gonna give 3 stars, but 1 extra star for the nice staff. A whole row of dresses was under the "select dresses $29" sign, but they rang up as $49. The lady pointed out it said "select" dresses, except my point was that every single dress was $49 - there was NO anything for $29; which is false advertising. I am happy to report that the manager apologized and honored the $29 price. I'll be happy to return once they figure out how to advertise more honestly in their displays. The staff there were very nice and helpful.
In my 5+ years as a Gap Card Member, I've never had such a disappointing in-store experience. I was in the store for nearly an hour, and never once was my presence acknowledged (not a "hi, "how are you doing," "can I help you," etc.). My arms were literally overloaded with merchandise, and no one ever asked if they could help set up a dressing room for me or put my items aside even though multiple employees walked by and looked right at me. Then, I was up at the register waiting for someone to ring me up, and after a couple minutes an employee came over and helped ANOTHER customer who got ther AFTER ME--despite all my things being on the counter. Seriously questioning if I was a floating ghost or something... I've had plenty of retail experience in my day, and such customer service would have never been acceptable.
They need more size selections in jeans. Whatever happened to relaxed jeans, by the way or relaxed bootcut? Some of us guys actually have a butt and thighs. Think about that Gap!.... and then give me a call & I'll see about giving it a second chance. Oh, and your shirts? Not all of us men who wear a 'Large' are actually tall as well, so none of your shirts fit without having them tailored either. :( It's too bad, because you actually have lovely styles of shirts to choose from. I'm 5'6 - so not too crazy short, either.
