I've been to this store several times and it's usually been a pretty rocky experience but I got a coupon in the mail and decided to use it at the Galleria location because I also had to go to Lush. While there, I specifically stated I didn't want to speak to a certain person that I won't name personally and was told the store was UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! The new manager (Audrey?) helped me personally, apologized for my previous experiences, and got me a great deal. Such a turn around- go Kay Jewelers for turning this store around!

Come-on guys...do better next time. I am hoping that you are blind to every other color but green.

Our experience was nothing to write home about. It was terrible.

Worst experience ever. I bought a ring there and after a month, one stone fell, took it back and they said it was going to take a month to replace it. They called my wife and said she could go there to pick it up and when she got there, the manager was eating at the store, was very rude, and said it was not ready, she came home and I called customer service, after a long conversation they agreed to replace the ring with a new one. We took it for maintenance after 2 months, and the one more month later another stone fell off. I personally called customer service and asked for a refund, they said no and I had to go there again for them to exchange it for a different ring. I went there and after asking them if I could return a ring with a issue and get my money if I had the same issue again as I was paying more for the new ring, the very unprofessional manager at this store said no and then when I called customer service again at the store, he got upset and annoyed and told me he was going to give my money back which was amazing because I don't want to have anything from this store. Don't waste your time and go to a better store. Horrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We ended up spending over $3800 with Kristin at Zale's.

All three staff members were available to assist us but opted not to do so. Instead they just pointed us to the rings and just went on chatting to each other.

The staff at this Kay's Jewelers probably need to be replaced or retrained as customer service representatives.
