My wife and I got married in June, and I used Moritz Reusch for all the jewelry needs from the engagement ring to the bands and finally buying a necklace for her wedding gift. I made an appointment beforehand to meet with John, and he made the entire process extremely comfortable. We actually spoke for about two hours so he could just get to know me and my future wife, and he made recommendations based upon the conversation we were having. I did visit two other jewelers, and even though some of the other rings were cheaper, I went back to John and Moritz Reusch to get the most out of the money I wanted to spend (he never pressured me to extend my budget and all his recommendations were below what I told him I wanted to pay), and the customer service was phenomenal. As mentioned, everything went so well initially that we went back for our bands, and I bought my wife's wedding present from them as well. I will continue going to Moritz Reusch for any jewelry needs I have, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the same.
They created my engagement ring and were so patient as my now husband and I struggled to explain what we were wanting! It came out even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! :)

Superb customer service. They spent a ton of time to help me a find a ring and diamond I would love. The owners son helped me and he was an absolute pleasure. I felt no pressure to spend a certain amount of money, and was shown diamonds that were in a range of value. They worked hard to show me diamonds, listening carefully to what I liked and didn't like and adjusting what they showed me based on really listening and getting to know what I was looking for. I couldn't speak higher of my experience. My ring is stunning, and I receive compliments on it all the time. Truly the best customer service I have received.
